This year’s conference set new records, receiving 1,929 abstracts, an increase of 572 compared with last year (up 42%). A total of 3,115 registered participants attended, and together with invited guests, exhibitors, and volunteers, the onsite attendance reached 4,285, fully demonstrating the vigorous development of immunology in China and the strong cohesion of the conference brand.

2. Keynote Lectures Leading the Frontiers
International keynote speakers included: Prof. Frederick Alt, Harvard Medical School; Prof. Tak Mak, University of Toronto; Prof. Anne O’Garra, Francis Crick Institute; Prof. Bernard Malissen, Marseille Immunology Center; Prof. Rudolf Valenta, Medical University of Vienna; Prof. Geoffrey Smith, Shanghai Institute of Immunology and Infection, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Domestic keynote lectures included 24 presentations:
• 6 Academician lectures (led by Prof. Xuetao Cao, Prof. Zhigang Tian, Prof. Yuzhang Wu, etc.)
• 10 Frontier progress lectures (led by Prof. Bo Huang, President of the Chinese Society for Immunology)
• 8 Young scholar lectures (led by Prof. Cai Zhijian, Zhejiang University)

In total, 30 plenary lectures covered cutting-edge topics such as: advances in immune checkpoint blockade therapies, mechanisms of tuberculosis immunity, CD28-independent tumor-specific T cell responses, allergen molecules and allergy vaccines, innate immunity to poxviruses, novel targets and mechanisms in immunotherapy, logic-gated technologies for intelligent immunotherapy, decoding and rebuilding human immunity, ADP-heptose/ALPK1 innate immune pathways, tumor vascular microenvironment and immune heterogeneity, cellular functional units in tumor microenvironment, translational immunobiology, and ROS regulation frameworks. Numerous outstanding young scholars emerged, reflecting the promising growth of China’s next generation of immunologists.
