FIMSA (the Federation of Immunological Societies of Asia-Oceania) announces 10 Travel bursaries for young scientists (graduate students/post-docs) of USD 1,000 each, as a partial support for registration and travel expenses associated with attending and presenting a research paper in 19th IUIS International Congress of Immunology (IUIS 2025) at Vienna, Austria to be held from 17th-22nd August, 2025.

1. Criteria
Applicants should be PhD students/Post-docs currently working/affiliated in one of the FIMSA countries/regions ONLY.
2. Submission
Full details of the accepted abstract, CV and endorsement by the PhD supervisor/Principal Investigator of the student/post-doc to be submitted to the respective FIMSA Councilor (Email: office@csi.org.cn for applicants from mainland of China) on or before 9th May 2025.
3. Selection
–  Every Council member could send a short list of applications not more than 3.
–  FIMSA committee would decide the final list of 10 fellowships with considerations for equity i.e. geography/opportunity/sex.
4. Award Announcement
Selected candidates will be informed by 6th June, 2025.
5. Award Presentation
During the 2025 FIMSA Council Meeting awards will be presented to recipients.
